TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALMBREATH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Changes to the App and Terms
